Consisting of a wide range of high performance label applicators, designed to be installed on packaging lines where speed, accuracy & reliability are primary needs.
The ALstep is a compact-sized and low-cost applicator for self-adhesive labels, which can be easily integrated into already existing packaging lines. The ALstep is based on a robust, reliable mechanical structure; it can be fitted into particularly restricted areas, due to side access web threading.
ALritma consists of a range of high-performance applicators for self-adhesive labels, designed to be installed on packaging lines where production speed, accuracy and reliability are primary needs. ALritma labelling units are based on an innovative mechanical structure which can match great sturdiness with versatility.
The ALline labelling systems are automatically-operated in-line systems which can be configured for the labelling of cylindrical, elliptical or rectangular products; moreover, they can suit specific requirements such as the application of tamper-proof seals or labelling of singularly shaped products.
In spite of its extremely low price, this labelling system features a complete, advanced configuration that is ideal for relatively simple operations involving the application of upper, lateral or even wrap around labels on small boxes, cases, and pots.
The configuration of the new ALbelt is based on an extended, sturdy structure that can incorporate a conveyor and an ALstep or ALritma labelling head, as well as a few common devices such as spacers with side belts, wrap around units, folding units, adaptors, and activators with their setting devices. They are all part of a visually attractive machine equipped with a fixed panel located below and an adjustable control box.
The structure has been designed to be compatible with the above mentioned configurations in order to ensure cost-saving industrial standardization. The result is a range of complex, flexible and adaptable models at a turnkey price.
